Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. We are unable to process returns for reasons other than items damaged on arrival. Inasmuch, we are unable to exchange goods based on the customer’s change of mind regarding the item or variant (color, size, etc.), so please take care in verifying every detail of the order before processing payment and sending into production.
